We had an incredible eight-night stay at Neptune Palm Beach Hotel, nestled right on the stunning Galu Beach. The hotel offers a relaxed atmosphere with attentive service, and the spacious rooms made our family feel right at home. While the dining options were diverse and delicious, having more savory choices during afternoon tea would have been nice. Overall, it's an excellent choice for families looking to unwind and enjoy the beach, although the evening entertainment could use a bit more variety.

My stay at the resort was absolutely wonderful! The air-conditioned rooms were clean and offered a unique beach hut experience. The large pool was stunning, complete with a great pool bar. The food throughout my stay was among the best I’ve ever had, and the incredible staff made everything even more enjoyable with their warmth. However, I found the wine options to be a bit lacking, and the beach sellers were somewhat annoying at times.
